Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of full stack engineers
- Own the frontend function and set technical direction
- Collaborate with the VP of Engineering on frontend strategy
Requirements
- 7+ years of frontend development experience (React, TypeScript, PHP/Laravel)
- 2+ years of experience managing a team of 5+ engineers
- Proven success in hiring and developing remote engineering teams
