About the Company
ROUTE06 is a DX partner supporting business model transformation for major enterprises. We provide the enterprise business API platform "Plain" and support agile business development to realize the platformization of commercial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Build organizational structures and solve challenges within the engineering organization
- Create environments where engineers can thrive and excel
- Support various product phases from startup to growth, including mall-type EC, OMO stores, and marketplaces
Requirements
- Experience in engineering management
- Experience in Web application development
- High communication skills for cross-departmental coordination and engineer mentoring
Preferred Qualifications
- Project management experience
- Experience in planning and improving engineering recruitment strategies and attraction processes
- Experience in planning and operating training systems for both new graduates and mid-career hires
