Engineering Manager, Security

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale a high-performing security engineering team
• Design and maintain secure network and application architectures
• Lead incident response efforts and vulnerability assessments

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing high-performing security teams
• 10+ years in network or security roles with edge security focus
• 5+ years experience in cloud-native environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm, Docker)
• Proficiency with SIEM tools like Splunk or Panther
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or GSEC
