Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate the overarching engineering strategy and technical vision
• Manage a high-performing engineering team and guide product and infrastructure development
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies and trends in web3
• Collaborate with leadership to drive recruitment and onboarding of top engineering talent
• Provide strategic technical guidance and oversee modern application architectures
• Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of infrastructure for decentralized systems
• Define and deliver processes that drive quality and consistency

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience
• Understanding of modern application architectures
• Ability to lead in-depth discussions on development and deployment
• Excellence in maintaining high standards for software and engineering processes
• High level of security awareness and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in fast-paced technology companies
• Active engagement with the crypto ecosystem and opinions on its direction
