Job description

Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering support for midstream regulatory compliance for pipelines, compression, and other facilities
  • Manage annual Pipeline Safety Agency reporting for Federal and State levels
  • Process pipeline class location data and HCA studies
  • Work with third-party vendors for mapping data
  • Support Pipeline Safety audits
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Integrity Management, Compliance, and GIS teams to ensure accurate asset information
  • Assist with data validation and quality control for regulatory reporting

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in Oil and Gas mapping or compliance
  • Proficiency in Geographical Information Systems (GIS)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Geography or a related field
  • General understanding of pipeline safety regulations 49 CFR parts 192 and 195
  • Basic understanding of In-line Inspection (ILI) data
  • Experience with ESRI ArcGIS, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, or similar GIS platforms
  • Experience with pipeline database systems and document management systems
