English Language Trainer

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted English instruction to private learners and small groups (IELTS, TOEFL, Business English, General English)
• Design and adapt lesson plans and materials to meet academic and professional learning goals
• Prepare students for standardized proficiency tests with targeted practice and feedback
• Use communicative, learner-centered methodologies and online teaching platforms
• Assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain training records
• Coordinate schedules and report to the Manager of CEPE
• Maintain professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and confidentiality

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA
• 2+ years experience
• IELTS/TOEFL prep
• Native English
• Private Teacher Permit
• Online teaching tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in English, Education, or Linguistics
• University or adult-education experience
• Experience with university-style academic programs
• Arabic language skills
• Familiarity with learner-centred assessment and curriculum design
