Enrollment & Credentialing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage provider credentialing and enrollment with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
• Maintain accurate credentialing databases, tracking expirations, renewals, and CAQH maintenance
• Oversee NPI and PECOS updates and payer portal applications
• Ensure compliance with all payer credentialing requirements and regulatory standards
• Serve as a liaison between providers, payers, and internal revenue cycle teams
• Partner with RCM teams to ensure enrollment processes do not disrupt cash flow
• Manage facility-level updates including address changes, NPI/TIN linkages, and new location additions

Requirements

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in provider credentialing and payer enrollment
• 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare compliance
• Strong knowledge of payer credentialing requirements and contract structures
• Proven problem-solving and relationship management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) certification
• Experience with Athena EHR
• Experience in startup or scaling healthcare organizations
• Experience with multi-specialty practices or MSO structures
