Responsibilities

  • Support member enrollment marketing strategy and execution, including client-specific communications planning and campaign management
  • Manage the recruitment communications calendar and report on key campaign metrics
  • Use data, A/B testing, and performance insights to optimize engagement, scalability, and conversion outcomes
  • Partner cross-functionally with Client Success, Marketing Ops, and Data teams to deliver impactful campaigns
  • Identify opportunities to improve and scale processes to increase operational efficiency
  • Lead client-facing initiatives by pitching strategies and presenting campaign plans and assets

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of professional work experience
  • 1-2 years of experience planning and executing marketing campaigns on behalf of clients
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field
  • Experience working in a B2B2C capacity
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
