About the Company

Akuity was founded by the creators of Argo CD to enable enterprises to ship software faster and more reliably with modern GitOps best practices. The Akuity Platform allows teams to manage development and deployment across thousands of Kubernetes clusters from a single control plane.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of net new and expansion opportunities across EMEA
  • Generate new business opportunities through multichannel outbound campaigns
  • Develop territory plans, including target accounts and pipeline generation strategies
  • Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and develop relationships
  • Attend customer meetings and events such as conferences and roadshows
  • Act as a customer advocate and liaison to the engineering team for feature requests
  • Leverage sales methodologies like MEDDPICC to qualify and forecast opportunities
  • Map technical needs to business outcomes and articulate ROI
  • Manage all activities and pipeline in HubSpot

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in a B2B SaaS sales role
  • Proven success consistently exceeding sales targets
  • Strong technical orientation with understanding of DevOps, Kubernetes, and cloud-native ecosystems
  • Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills
  • Self-starter capable of thriving in a high-energy, collaborative environment
  • Experience educating customers on product features and adoption strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Argo CD and open-source enterprise sales
  • Experience selling from the bottom up within engineering organizations
