Responsibilities
- Prospecting and lead management to build a 3-5X pipeline within the territory
- Closing business in companies with 1000+ employees
- Managing and reporting a sales pipeline within the CRM
- Territory planning and sales support
- Networking to attract and influence Partner sales and grow relationships
- Recruiting and onboarding new partners for proactive demand generation
- Maintaining a regional partner plan mapping strengths to target opportunities
- Managing inbound and outbound lead flow between partners and the sales team
- Collaborating with marketing to deliver joint partner business plans and campaigns
- Setting and achieving financial goals for focus partners
Requirements
- 4-8 years of outside high-tech IT sales experience
- Proven track record of driving partner growth and revenue
- Knowledge of and relationships with SMB/SME focused resellers and MSP partners
- Experience in a startup or pre $100M revenue company is desirable
- Ability to build relationships with decision makers across partner organizations
- Exceptional communication, listening, and public speaking skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Gsuite, and MS Office
- Consistent track record of achieving annual quota targets
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
