Job description

Responsibilities

  • Drive net new business by identifying, engaging, and converting high-value Enterprise and Strategic prospects in the LATAM region.
  • Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new accounts and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Consistently exceed pipeline and sales targets through outbound prospecting, networking, and leveraging marketing leads.
  • Lead expansion efforts within existing Enterprise accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that communicate value and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize lead generation and accelerate sales cycles.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
  • 5+ years of experience with full-cycle ownership of large, complex deals.
  • 5+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales experience, including a track record of driving expansion sales.
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding a $1M+ annual quota.
  • Experience managing and completing Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Quotes (RFQs).
  • Process-driven mindset with obsessive attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling productivity or project management solutions in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with the land-and-expand sales model.
  • Ability to navigate and influence multiple stakeholders within large organizations.
  • Experience with customer onboarding and success processes.
