Job description

Responsibilities

  • Pioneer DeepL's expansion into the Middle East by introducing market-leading translation services to regional enterprises
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to closing, helping to shape the Middle East go-to-market strategy
  • Build a new business pipeline from scratch, pursuing both new logos and upselling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Act as a brand ambassador and trusted expert to build long-term relationships with regional customers
  • Meet and exceed monthly activity, pipeline, and revenue goals
  • Forecast and track opportunity details, including use cases and purchase timeframes
  • Collaborate with international Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to provide regional market insights

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Enterprise SaaS sales within the Middle East
  • Strong understanding of regional business culture and the local market landscape
  • Experience selling emerging technologies and expanding large enterprise accounts
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Based in Dubai with the legal right to work in the UAE
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a strong plus
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
