Job description

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline within an assigned territory
  • Strategically prospect CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and technical end users
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, driving growth opportunities
  • Partner with Solution Architects and the Professional Services team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with enterprise ecosystem partner sales and channel partners to maximize deal sizes
  • Participate in sales enablement trainings, including comprehensive Sales Bootcamp and development programs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a fast-paced, competitive market
  • Proven track record of overachievement and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience developing strategies for prioritizing and closing key opportunities
  • Strong ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
  • Skilled in building business champions
  • Driven and competitive, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Based in Dubai (hybrid working model)
  • Arabic language is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passion for growing a career in the database/software industry
  • Previous experience with sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
  • Familiarity with databases, developer tools, or open source technology
