Job description
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline within an assigned territory
- Strategically prospect CTOs, Engineering/IT leaders, and technical end users
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, driving growth opportunities
- Partner with Solution Architects and the Professional Services team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with enterprise ecosystem partner sales and channel partners to maximize deal sizes
- Participate in sales enablement trainings, including comprehensive Sales Bootcamp and development programs
Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in a fast-paced, competitive market
- Proven track record of overachievement and exceeding sales targets
- Experience developing strategies for prioritizing and closing key opportunities
- Strong ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
- Skilled in building business champions
- Driven and competitive, with a strong desire to succeed
- Based in Dubai (hybrid working model)
- Arabic language is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for growing a career in the database/software industry
- Previous experience with sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
- Familiarity with databases, developer tools, or open source technology
