Job description

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute a sales strategy within the Digital Enterprise ecosystem to drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition in the African market.
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline by prospecting into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users.
  • Build strong, effective relationships with Digital Natives, including Unicorns, VC-funded start-ups, and Fintechs.
  • Partner with Solution Architects and Professional Services teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with enterprise ecosystem and channel partners to maximize deal sizes.
  • Participate in comprehensive sales enablement trainings and leadership development programs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a focus on closing net new logos and expanding accounts.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced, competitive market.
  • Direct experience working with large Digital Natives.
  • Ability to develop and execute a proactive outbound cadence (email, call, social) to build pipeline.
  • Strong ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
  • Must be located in Dubai to support our hybrid working model.
  • Fluency in French is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous training in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.
  • Familiarity with databases, developers, and open-source technology.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent.
