Job description
Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a sales strategy within the Digital Enterprise ecosystem to drive revenue growth and new customer acquisition in the African market.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline by prospecting into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end users.
- Build strong, effective relationships with Digital Natives, including Unicorns, VC-funded start-ups, and Fintechs.
- Partner with Solution Architects and Professional Services teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with enterprise ecosystem and channel partners to maximize deal sizes.
- Participate in comprehensive sales enablement trainings and leadership development programs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a focus on closing net new logos and expanding accounts.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a fast-paced, competitive market.
- Direct experience working with large Digital Natives.
- Ability to develop and execute a proactive outbound cadence (email, call, social) to build pipeline.
- Strong ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
- Must be located in Dubai to support our hybrid working model.
- Fluency in French is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous training in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.
- Familiarity with databases, developers, and open-source technology.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent.
