Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close for mid-market and enterprise new logo accounts
  • Manage a balanced inbound and outbound motion, generating independent outbound in your territory
  • Sell to operations, supply chain, and ecommerce leadership using a value-based approach
  • Multi-thread across stakeholders including champions, economic buyers, and executive sponsors
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering for technical discovery and custom demos
  • Apply structured thinking to deal strategy using MEDDIC or equivalent methodologies

Requirements

  • 7+ years of AE closing experience in a SaaS or software platform environment
  • Proven experience selling to operations, supply chain, or ecommerce buyers
  • Fluency in value-based selling focused on business impact and quantified pain
  • Track record in early-stage or growth-stage companies
  • Ability to close $50K–$500K+ ACV deals with multi-stakeholder processes
  • Experience in OMS, feed management, 3PL/fulfillment, or commerce
  • Experience working with partner ecosystems to generate pipeline
  • Ability to leverage AI to improve sales efficiency and process

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in VBS, MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or Challenger methodologies
  • Background at a commerce ecosystem company
  • Experience selling OMS or integration platforms to 3PL, brand, or marketplace operators
  • Existing network of merchant, agency, or 3PL relationships in the Shopify ecosystem
  • History of winning competitive displacement deals
