Job description

Responsibilities

  • Generate and close opportunities across self-sourced, BDR-generated, and inbound channels
  • Position Superside’s value to enterprise customers, differentiating from traditional integrated agencies
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across internal and customer teams
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in Salesforce and Clari
  • Partner with BDRs and Marketing to drive pipeline through outbound efforts and events
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Solutions team to conduct deep discovery and develop tailored solutions
  • Navigate enterprise procurement processes, including RFI, RFQ, and RFPs

Requirements

  • Extensive enterprise field sales experience selling creative services, AI solutions, or SaaS
  • Strong discovery, deal preparation, and sales documentation skills
  • Proven track record of building and converting self-sourced pipeline
  • Exceptional storytelling and executive-level communication skills
  • Ability to develop and deliver compelling, high-impact presentations
  • Self-motivated with a disciplined, results-oriented approach to exceeding targets
  • Familiarity with integrated agency models and operations
