Responsibilities
- Generate and close opportunities across self-sourced, BDR-generated, and inbound channels
- Position Superside’s value to enterprise customers, differentiating from traditional integrated agencies
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across internal and customer teams
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in Salesforce and Clari
- Partner with BDRs and Marketing to drive pipeline through outbound efforts and events
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Solutions team to conduct deep discovery and develop tailored solutions
- Navigate enterprise procurement processes, including RFI, RFQ, and RFPs
Requirements
- Extensive enterprise field sales experience selling creative services, AI solutions, or SaaS
- Strong discovery, deal preparation, and sales documentation skills
- Proven track record of building and converting self-sourced pipeline
- Exceptional storytelling and executive-level communication skills
- Ability to develop and deliver compelling, high-impact presentations
- Self-motivated with a disciplined, results-oriented approach to exceeding targets
- Familiarity with integrated agency models and operations
