Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiation and closing six-figure enterprise deals in the UAE and wider Middle East.
  • Develop and execute a territory strategy for Dubai and the region, working closely with SDRs, marketing, and channel partners to maximize new customer acquisition and retention.
  • Hunt for new logos while managing and expanding relationships with existing enterprise accounts, including public sector customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, solutions architecture, and marketing to build tailored technical and commercial proposals and respond to RFPs.
  • Educate and enable technology and consulting partners to drive joint pipeline and leverage the partner ecosystem.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in CRM and demonstrate consistent quota attainment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle enterprise software sales experience
  • Proven track record closing six-figure deals and achieving $1M+ ARR quotas
  • Strong experience with sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Force Management, or Value Selling)
  • Experience navigating large enterprise contracts, procurement and RFP processes
  • Ability to translate technical challenges into business value for stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with consistent quota attainment
  • Fluent in Arabic (required)
  • Experience selling into public sector and enterprise accounts in the Middle East

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior sales experience in data, analytics, or cloud infrastructure solutions
  • Demonstrated success building territory motion in the UAE or GCC
  • Familiarity with channel/partner-led revenue motions and enablement
  • Experience using Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and strong pipeline management discipline
  • Background selling to large consulting and systems integrator partners
