Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own a dedicated patch of Enterprise accounts and build comprehensive territory plans
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close
  • Navigate complex organizations to build consensus across technical champions and executive buyers
  • Articulate Business Value Assessments (BVA) tying technical capabilities to customer revenue or efficiency
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts using MEDDPICC or Command of the Message

Requirements

  • 7+ years of quota-carrying field sales experience
  • 3+ years of experience selling specifically to the Enterprise ($200k - $1M+ ACV)
  • Technical fluency to discuss tech stacks and workflows with engineering leadership
  • Mastery of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or MEDDIC
  • Proven track record of high performance (President’s Club or consistent over-achievement)
  • Experience in high-growth, early-stage startup environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Domain expertise in DevOps, Infrastructure, Data, Observability, or Cybersecurity
  • Experience selling complex SaaS/PaaS solutions
  • Proven track record of building equitable relationships with new partners
