Job description
Responsibilities
- Work with clients to utilize marketing analytics and AI tools to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies
- Prioritize customer success through high-quality support and seamless project delivery
- Independently create detailed project and resource plans in collaboration with internal practice leads
- Lead strategic client meetings and consultations, providing subject-matter expertise
- Manage end-to-end client relationships, including contract discussions, budget management, and identifying upsell opportunities
- Partner with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Support teams to ensure alignment with company goals
Requirements
- Fluent in English with high confidence in leading client-facing discussions and facilitating alignment
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles (e.g., Project Lead, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager)
- 3+ years of account management experience specifically within a marketing agency setting
- Solid understanding of data modeling and working SQL knowledge to query and troubleshoot data
- Strong project management skills to coordinate and execute complex projects from start to finish

- Curiosity about AI technologies and a willingness to explore new ways of working with AI tools
- Proven ability to take ownership and independently resolve complex customer challenges
