Job description

Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to utilize marketing analytics and AI tools to analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies
  • Prioritize customer success through high-quality support and seamless project delivery
  • Independently create detailed project and resource plans in collaboration with internal practice leads
  • Lead strategic client meetings and consultations, providing subject-matter expertise
  • Manage end-to-end client relationships, including contract discussions, budget management, and identifying upsell opportunities
  • Partner with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Support teams to ensure alignment with company goals

Requirements

  • Fluent in English with high confidence in leading client-facing discussions and facilitating alignment
  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles (e.g., Project Lead, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager)
  • 3+ years of account management experience specifically within a marketing agency setting
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and working SQL knowledge to query and troubleshoot data
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate and execute complex projects from start to finish

  • Curiosity about AI technologies and a willingness to explore new ways of working with AI tools
  • Proven ability to take ownership and independently resolve complex customer challenges
