Job description

Responsibilities

  • Own strategic relationships with top urgent care and health system partners
  • Lead account health and growth strategies, including upsell, cross-sell, and renewal initiatives
  • Design and deliver tailored product roadmaps aligned to customer business goals
  • Serve as the primary product and technical consultant for partners to support data and insight needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing to ensure impactful product adoption
  • Drive revenue expansion through value-based consultative selling and contract negotiation

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in strategic account management, solutions consulting, or client success
  • Experience in healthcare technology or enterprise SaaS
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to execute complex product solutions
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence executives at all levels
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HL7, APIs, or Agile delivery frameworks
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools or basic SQL
  • Previous experience delivering product-based solutions within the healthcare ecosystem
