Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary support contact for broker inquiries under the guidance of the Enterprise Account Executive
- Provide timely, professional communication to brokers, loan officers, and processors
- Manage inbound requests and assist with resolving routine questions
- Support outbound broker engagement efforts using CRM tools
- Accurately log all broker interactions and follow-ups within the CRM
- Assist in distributing product updates, rate changes, and program information
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth workflows
- Maintain organized records and ensure strong attention to detail
Requirements
- 3 years of mortgage experience
- Foundational experience in customer service or relationship-focused roles
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organization and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business tools
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong accountability
