Job description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary support contact for broker inquiries under the guidance of the Enterprise Account Executive
  • Provide timely, professional communication to brokers, loan officers, and processors
  • Manage inbound requests and assist with resolving routine questions
  • Support outbound broker engagement efforts using CRM tools
  • Accurately log all broker interactions and follow-ups within the CRM
  • Assist in distributing product updates, rate changes, and program information
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth workflows
  • Maintain organized records and ensure strong attention to detail

Requirements

  • 3 years of mortgage experience
  • Foundational experience in customer service or relationship-focused roles
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business tools
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong accountability
