Enterprise Acquisition & Customer Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise customer content engine strategy across all formats and channels
• Launch and manage Scribe's Customer Advisory Board program to build high-touch relationships with enterprise leaders
• Create and distribute a powerful arsenal of customer testimonials and trust signals
• Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales to align content with revenue and lead routing
• Set, forecast, and report on pipeline targets, including MQLs and influenced pipeline

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in enterprise customer marketing, content marketing, or demand generation
• Proven track record of building enterprise programs that influence qualified pipeline
• Experience managing customer advisory boards or executive engagement programs
• Strong ability to use data and analytics to make fast decisions on content performance
• Ability to build direct external relationships with enterprise leaders
