Enterprise Billing Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Onboard enterprise billing teams and train RCM staff on billing best practices
• Assist sales teams during the sales cycle for enterprise prospects
• Teach submission, posting, invoicing, and AR best practices on the Prompt platform
• Utilize deep knowledge of Prompt Reporting, industry accounting, and AR practices
• Provide reporting training in areas of accrual accounting, AR reporting, and RCM KPI data
• Support client accounting and finance teams in obtaining necessary reporting
• Build and maintain relationships with enterprise billing teams
• Configure and develop workflows to meet unique client needs
• Respond to customer inquiries via the single-channel support system
• Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty by exceeding expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business, or a professional certification (CPA, CFA)
• 5+ years in the medical billing industry (PT/OT/SLP experience strongly desired)
• Experience working with enterprise-sized RCM companies (100+ therapists)
• 2-3 years of RCM leadership experience
• Solid understanding of fundamental accounting concepts
• High proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong technical skills and passion for learning software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a Customer Success or RCM leadership role
• Deep understanding of the full revenue cycle and EDI/ERA roles
