Job description

Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through high-volume cold calling (50+ calls per day), email outreach, and LinkedIn
  • Meet or exceed sales targets for setting qualified meetings with enterprise prospects
  • Utilize CRM (Hubspot) and sales tools to track performance, manage the pipeline, and maintain client information
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and market trends
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and data privacy regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
  • 1+ year of B2B SaaS sales experience in an outbound BDR or similar role
  • English fluency at C1-C2 level with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach targeting US, UK, Canada, Australia, or NZ markets
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales software such as Hubspot, SalesNav, Apollo, or Seamless
  • Ability and willingness to work Eastern Time (ET) hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Data Privacy, Data Security, GDPR, and CCPA
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
