Enterprise Client Success Manager (B2B SaaS)

Responsibilities

• Manage all post-sales activities including onboarding, product training, and account management
• Build and nurture strong relationships with senior leaders and C-suite executives
• Act as a trusted advisor by providing best practices and value-added guidance
• Serve as the main point of contact for largest customers, managing product utilization and expansion
• Develop and deliver periodic client success reviews with strategic insights and actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate data transfer, billing, and feature requests

Requirements

• Clinical background or licensed rehab therapist experience in outpatient physical therapy clinics
• Proven ability to resolve customer concerns and manage dissatisfied clients
• Skilled at identifying upsell opportunities and negotiating contracts
• Highly proficient in MS Excel and able to learn business intelligence (BI) software
• Strong technical skills and passion for learning new software platforms
• Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings or events
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships across all organizational levels
