Job description

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new customers and introduce them to products including Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, Landscape, Openstack, Ceph, and Kubernetes
  • Coordinate complex projects with developers, IT managers, and decision makers
  • Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support to deliver engagement plans
  • Manage a portfolio of customers to identify growth opportunities or renewal risks
  • Run disciplined weekly customer and business reviews to prioritize blockers
  • Serve as an internal customer advocate to influence product roadmaps and documentation
  • Support customers through reactive ticket requests
  • Create digital campaigns targeting multiple customers

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience related to IT
  • Exposure to Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud computing, networking, security, migration, or IoT
  • Excellent presentation skills for discussing complex software
  • Experience building and improving internal processes
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies
  • Proficiency in English is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese
  • Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and CRMs
