Job description
Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers and introduce them to products including Ubuntu Pro, MAAS, Landscape, Openstack, Ceph, and Kubernetes
- Coordinate complex projects with developers, IT managers, and decision makers
- Collaborate with Sales, Field Engineering, and Support to deliver engagement plans
- Manage a portfolio of customers to identify growth opportunities or renewal risks
- Run disciplined weekly customer and business reviews to prioritize blockers
- Serve as an internal customer advocate to influence product roadmaps and documentation
- Support customers through reactive ticket requests
- Create digital campaigns targeting multiple customers
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of work experience related to IT
- Exposure to Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud computing, networking, security, migration, or IoT
- Excellent presentation skills for discussing complex software
- Experience building and improving internal processes
- Knowledge of agile methodologies
- Proficiency in English is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese
- Experience with Salesforce, Jira, and CRMs
