Enterprise Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage enterprise-wide projects from planning through execution
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and accountability structures
• Partner with executive and functional leaders to align priorities and facilitate decision-making
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, delays, and resource constraints
• Prepare executive-level project updates, dashboards, and status reports
• Build and maintain project management tools, templates, and reporting frameworks
• Support prioritization, intake, and governance processes for new initiatives
• Recommend and implement practical process improvements to enhance execution
• Support organizational change efforts and help teams adopt new workflows

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, or business transformation
• Required healthcare experience (ASC, physician practice, MSO, or healthcare services preferred)
• Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Experience partnering with and influencing executive leaders
• Strong project planning, organization, and execution skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools
