Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a pipeline of enterprise opportunities across the group health ecosystem
  • Lead the full consultative sales cycle from discovery through contract negotiation
  • Craft compelling statements of work, pricing proposals, and executive-level business cases
  • Develop deep domain expertise in AI-powered underwriting and stop loss analytics
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets with accurate CRM forecasting

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of enterprise SaaS or technology sales experience
  • 5+ years of experience selling into the health insurance space
  • Proven track record of quota attainment at or above 100%
  • Experience navigating complex buying committees (Chief Actuaries, CMOs, CFOs)
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and ROI modeling skills
