Enterprise Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver technical demos that translate customer workflows into tailored experiences
• Build quick integrations and prototypes using Zapier, Retool, or Make
• Map data flows across TMS, WMS, and CRM systems using APIs, schemas, and webhooks
• Partner with Sales on proofs of concept and technical validation
• Communicate technical depth to audiences ranging from operations leads to CTOs
• Enable the GTM team by building demo templates and feature briefings
• Feed field insights back to Product to shape the roadmap

Requirements

• 5+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Forward Deployed Engineer role
• Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI company
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, JSON data schemas, and system integrations
• Experience with automation or AI-driven products (browser automation, RAG, voice AI)
• Proficiency with low-code tools like Zapier, Make, Retool, or Postman
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
