About the Company

Garner is a fast-growing healthcare technology company on a mission to transform the healthcare economy. We partner with employers to redesign healthcare benefits using data-driven insights, guiding employees to higher-quality, lower-cost care.

Responsibilities

  • Own direct sales cycles and deploy sales objectives through sales quotas, prospecting, and pipeline management
  • Build Garner’s large enterprise channel via direct sales to employers, brokers, consultants, insurers, and providers
  • Maintain market knowledge and competitor intelligence to communicate Garner's value proposition
  • Support the development of new, strategic broker relationships and influence buying decisions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of deep sales experience focused on health benefits (medical, ancillary, vendor)
  • Existing relationships within broker, consultant, and insurance communities
  • 3+ years of experience selling to large Enterprise clients
  • Data literacy with the ability to turn complex datasets into actionable insights
  • Proven experience developing sales processes, playbooks, and KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience at a venture-backed, early-stage company
  • Comfort working with remote teams
