Enterprise Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to scope technical solutions for enterprise customers based in the UAE and EMEA.
• Architect and prototype integrations between ElevenLabs APIs and customer platforms (backend systems, contact centers, agents).
• Build and deliver persuasive technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
• Create self-service tools, integration templates, and technical documentation to reduce onboarding time.
• Triage technical issues, provide hands-on support during pilots, and drive scalable solutions.
• Identify recurring integration patterns and collaborate with Product to productize them.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Text-to-Speech (TTS) or Speech-to-Text (STT) systems
• Background in enterprise SaaS integrations and contact center technologies
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience building developer-facing docs, SDKs, or integration samples
• Prior experience working with UAE or MENA enterprise customers
• Arabic language skills (plus) or multi-region support experience
