Enterprise Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process
• Work directly with technical contacts from customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions
• Craft compelling technical demonstrations that communicate the product's value proposition
• Create technical enablement resources to amplify sales team effectiveness and technical fluency
• Build self-service tools and documentation to empower customers to implement solutions independently
• Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns and work with product teams to implement them

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, including a deep understanding of software development and software architecture
• Expertise in common integration patterns
• Experience working in customer-facing roles, providing tailored technical support
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences
• Passion for AI technology and the ElevenLabs product suite
• Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled
