Enterprise Solutions Engineer - EU (Spanish Speaking)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process.
• Work directly with technical contacts from customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions.
• Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate the product's value proposition.
• Create technical enablement resources to amplify the sales team's effectiveness.
• Build self-service tools and documentation to empower customers to implement solutions independently.
• Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns and work with product teams to make these real.

Requirements

• Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products.
• Experience working with customers (student clubs or side projects acceptable).
• Proficiency in Python with understanding of software development and integration patterns.
• Excellent communication skills adaptable to different audiences.
• Fluency in Spanish to communicate with key partners and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI audio platforms or enterprise solutions.
• Familiarity with speech-to-text and text-to-speech technologies.
• Background in technical sales or solutions architecture.
