Enterprise Valuation Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform independent business valuations to support credit and risk decisions
• Use S&P Capital IQ for relative valuation analysis and precedent M&A transactions
• Calculate enterprise value using discounted cash flow (DCF) models
• Conduct projection modeling using advanced Leveraged Finance models in Microsoft Excel
• Analyze projections based on industry data, historical performance, and quality of earnings reports
• Perform industry research using S&P Capital IQ, IBIS World, and Kroll
• Maintain a database of valuations and report on bank portfolio metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
• 2-5 years of credit analysis or valuation experience, preferably in Capital Markets or Leveraged Finance
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel
• Deep understanding of valuation concepts including market comps, free cash flow, EBITDA, and WACC

Preferred Qualifications

• CFA designation or currently in process
• Familiarity with the Bank's internal applications
