EOR Business Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from ideation to execution, including requirements gathering, scope definition, and impact measurement
• Identify systemic operational gaps across EOR domains and coordinate remediation
• Drive cross-domain visibility and alignment across EOR Operations
• Implement AI-enabled improvements to EOR operating mechanisms
• Facilitate prioritization and sequencing for work spanning multiple EOR domains or regions
• Own recurring reporting inputs and convert insights into clear recommendations
• Establish and improve EOR-wide operating mechanisms such as intake, routing, and documentation standards
• Support audit and compliance program management
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Legal, Customer Success, and Finance teams

Requirements

• Experience in business operations, program/project management, or operational excellence
• Strong project management skills with ability to handle ambiguity
• Ability to facilitate alignment across teams and influence without direct authority
• Proficiency in using AI to improve workflows and solution design
• Experience with operational metrics and reporting tools like Sigma, Zendesk, or Google Sheets
• Excellent written communication skills for asynchronous environments
• Proactive, structured, and able to self-direct as a "manager of one"
• Proven track record of improving systems and processes for scalability
