Responsibilities

  • Build, own, and grow the sales pipeline for EOS implementation, coaching, and advisory services
  • Identify and hunt for prospects within priority markets, including investment firms, accelerators, and franchise brands
  • Execute thoughtful outbound campaigns via cold email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospect identification through qualified conversation and booked sessions
  • Maintain a clean, active, and measurable CRM to ensure no leads are lost to neglect
  • Turn relationships, referrals, and content into actionable sales opportunities and revenue

Requirements

  • 2+ years of direct EOS experience OR 5+ years of B2B coaching, consulting, or professional services sales experience
  • Proven track record of managing a pipeline of 50+ active prospects
  • Proficiency in multiple outreach channels (Email, LinkedIn, Phone, or Referrals)
  • Strong English communication skills with the ability to write human, non-spammy outreach
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate workflows
  • Ability to overlap with US business hours
