Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary support contact for specific Epic applications
• Perform in-depth analysis and data collection of report details and technical issues
• Perform maintenance tasks including error queues and system testing
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation on system configurations
• Identify potential system enhancement needs and introduce best practice workflows
• Guide and create workflows including designing, building, and testing the system
• Act as a liaison between end-user workflow needs and implementation staff
• Maintain regular communication with EHR representatives and participate in project meetings
• Document troubleshooting and resolutions via the ticketing system
• Maintain HIPAA compliance

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience with HB, Cadence, or Prelude
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, or a related field
• EHR Certification in key business areas
• In-depth knowledge of Epic software
• Knowledge of healthcare industry, information systems, and practices
• Ability to convey technical information to non-technical customers

• Proven leadership capabilities in implementing innovative solutions
• Knowledge of developing strategic business plans
