Epic Applications Analyst Associate - Radiant

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify procedures for Epic clinical and business application workflows
• Explain Epic application functionality to users and assist with full functionality use
• Prepare requirements definitions including user procedures, flowcharts, and screen definitions
• Execute unit, integration, system, and end-user acceptance testing
• Document current workflows, specifications, user manuals, and procedures
• Monitor and document post-implementation problems and revision requests
• Maintain product documentation including functional specifications and troubleshooting guidelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve user problems related to assigned applications

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 1 year of experience in automated laboratory or business systems
• Ability to obtain Epic certification within 6 months
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale automated systems
• Knowledge of project management software and methodologies
• Understanding of change management processes
