Equity Research Associate

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with onshore and offshore team members to ensure seamless project execution
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research using secondary sources, web searches, and financial statements
• Analyze data, perform estimations, and integrate proprietary datasets to derive insights
• Develop, maintain, and manage financial databases and models in Excel
• Prepare and present comprehensive client reports using Excel and PowerPoint
• Draft clear, concise qualitative summaries to complement quantitative research

Requirements

• Strong background in Financial Analysis and Research
• Proven experience in Balance Sheet and P&L analysis
• Familiarity with Investment Banking research, equities, and fixed income products
• Solid understanding of capital markets operations
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
