ERP Operations Test Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners to review requirements, test plans, and risk assessments
• Provide feedback to Figma designs, Jira user stories, and supporting documentation
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across ERP modules
• Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions with operational end-users
• Identify, document, and track software defects and system bottlenecks using Jira and Confluence
• Analyze operational workflows to ensure ERP software supports business processes
• Validate data migration and integration between the ERP and third-party applications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Infor)
• Proven experience in software testing methodologies and writing test scripts
• Familiarity with warehouse management, supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing workflows
• Proficiency with Jira or Asana
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation
• Ability to perform basic scripting analysis and API testing using Postman
