ERP Solution Consultant

Responsibilities

• Own the customer as the single point of contact, defining success plans and ensuring clear communication
• Act as the main technical point of contact guiding customers to leverage Pipe17 best practices
• Lead multiple implementation projects, including solution design, development, and troubleshooting
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements or product use cases
• Configure Pipe17 products based on customer requirements
• Perform troubleshooting and resolve problems, engaging engineering when necessary
• Coach and educate customers to improve platform adoption
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Sales to act as the "Voice of the Customer"
• Create and improve documentation for customers and partners

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience in the software/tech industry
• Background in customer onboarding with NetSuite, Acumatica, or other ERPs
• Understanding of cloud system integrations using REST APIs
• Experience configuring SaaS products
• Experience with Order to Cash flow (Sales Orders, Inventory, Purchase Orders, Returns)
• Exposure to NetSuite integrations (via Celigo, Boomi, FarApp, etc.)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Ecommerce experience (Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, etc.)
• Experience with mid-market customers
• Familiarity with 3PLs, WMS, or order management systems
