ESC Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support ESC Electricians across assigned markets
• Manage daily workloads, priorities, and field coverage
• Coach team members on performance, quality, productivity, and technical problem-solving
• Support ESC Electricians in diagnosing and resolving complex residential electrical issues
• Ensure electrical work is completed safely and in accordance with NEC and local requirements
• Partner with Installation, Service, Engineering, and Project Management teams
• Track recurring electrical and field issues to identify process improvements

Requirements

• Strong residential electrical experience
• Previous experience leading, supervising, or mentoring electricians or field teams
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Excellent electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Residential solar experience
• Electrical license based on applicable state and local requirements
