ESET Trainer

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured, professional training sessions on ESET security solutions (online and on-site)
• Customize training materials and labs to match audience skill levels and delivery mode
• Explain product features, deployment procedures, configuration, and best practices
• Provide hands‑on demonstrations and guided exercises where applicable
• Lead Q&A, troubleshoot trainee issues, and ensure learning objectives are met
• Assess participant understanding and provide post‑training follow-up and resources

Requirements

• Proven training experience
• ESET certified
• Cybersecurity knowledge
• Presentation skills
• Virtual training
• UAE-based availability

Preferred Qualifications

• ESET Certified Instructor or equivalent ESET certifications
• Experience with enterprise ESET deployments and management consoles
• Prior experience training both technical and non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with virtual classroom platforms and remote training best practices
• Additional security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH) a plus
