ETL Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale projects
• Build and deploy mappings using Informatica Cloud / Enterprise and Datastage
• Develop and optimise SQL, data models and data transformations
• Write and maintain Unix / Shell scripts for automation and jobs scheduling
• Implement ETL/ELT architecture and ensure data quality and performance
• Collaborate with retail (replenishment) and HR/workforce teams to deliver data solutions
• Produce analytics, BI visualisations and operational reports (PowerBI or similar)
• Support deployment, troubleshooting and production support activities

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years implementing Informatica (minimum) with proven delivery
• Experience with data architecture and ETL/ELT best practices
• Certifications in Informatica, Datastage or related tools (advantage)
• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and CI/CD for data pipelines
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills
