Event Manager

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of regional events including conferences, workshops, and partner activations
• Coordinate logistics such as venue sourcing, catering, travel, AV, and branding
• Manage event timelines, checklists, and deliverables
• Provide on-site support to ensure high-quality attendee experience
• Work with external vendors, agencies, and venues to support delivery
• Track timelines, deliverables, and budgets
• Collaborate with regional marketing, sales, and partner teams
• Coordinate with internal design, content, and operations teams
• Assist with event promotion, registration tracking, and attendee communications
• Maintain event data in CRM and marketing systems
• Track key event metrics such as attendance, leads, and engagement
• Support budget tracking and expense management

Requirements

• ~4 years of experience in event marketing, coordination, or field marketing
• Experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or related industries preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience supporting in-person and/or virtual events
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Willingness to travel up to 25% across EMEA
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo is a plus
