Event Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive annual event marketing plan including in-person client events and virtual webinars
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to manage logistics, budget, invitations, design, and vendor management
• Create compelling event messaging and content to drive attendance and follow-up action
• Manage event budgets and timelines to ensure deliverables are completed on time
• Oversee all event logistics, including agenda development, registration, and AV production setup
• Evaluate event success through metrics and feedback to inform future initiatives
• Create and maintain an event playbook for company-wide standardization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or event management
• Minimum of 6+ years of relevant marketing and event management experience
• Prior experience in the healthcare sector strongly preferred
• Proficiency with event management software, Asana, and Salesforce
