Event Producer

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Candlelight concerts' production including pre-production logistics, vendor selection, and onsite execution
• Create production timelines and ensure teams adhere to schedules
• Collaborate with Project Managers and on-site teams to drive execution
• Optimize production costs and processes
• Manage third-party quotes, invoices, and P&L updates
• Secure event permits and meet insurance requirements
• Conduct venue research and booking
• Handle administrative duties including expense reports and contract coordination with legal

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the event production industry
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
• Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of production logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing budgets
• Proficiency with project management tools like Asana or Smartsheet
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
