Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the founder’s calendar, priorities, and communications
  • Plan and manage end-to-end international travel logistics, including flights and accommodations
  • Track projects and deliverables across teams to provide operational visibility
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and vendors
  • Leverage AI tools to improve workflows and scale founder productivity
  • Manage expenses, documentation, and administrative bookings

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience supporting a founder, executive, or leadership team
  • Background in a fast-paced startup or agency environment
  • Advanced proficiency in calendar management and international travel coordination
  • High level of proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack
  • Strong AI tool literacy for productivity and operations
  • Ability to operate independently with a high ownership mindset
