Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the founder’s calendar, priorities, and communications
- Plan and manage end-to-end international travel logistics, including flights and accommodations
- Track projects and deliverables across teams to provide operational visibility
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, and vendors
- Leverage AI tools to improve workflows and scale founder productivity
- Manage expenses, documentation, and administrative bookings
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of experience supporting a founder, executive, or leadership team
- Background in a fast-paced startup or agency environment
- Advanced proficiency in calendar management and international travel coordination
- High level of proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack
- Strong AI tool literacy for productivity and operations
- Ability to operate independently with a high ownership mindset
