Responsibilities
- Manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination
- Handle email management and professional correspondence
- Coordinate staff communications effectively
- Manage appointment setting and respond to referrals
- Execute win-back campaigns by reaching out to former clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in scheduling and calendar management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sales-oriented attitude for appointment setting tasks
- Extreme attention to detail
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Canopy Tax, and Dropbox
- Ability to work part-time (20 hours per week)
Preferred Qualifications
- Background working with CPA firms, accounting firms, or architectural firms
