Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex scheduling and calendar coordination
  • Handle email management and professional correspondence
  • Coordinate staff communications effectively
  • Manage appointment setting and respond to referrals
  • Execute win-back campaigns by reaching out to former clients

Requirements

  • Proven experience in scheduling and calendar management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sales-oriented attitude for appointment setting tasks
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Google Suite, Canopy Tax, and Dropbox
  • Ability to work part-time (20 hours per week)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background working with CPA firms, accounting firms, or architectural firms
