Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume email inboxes to organize and clear communications
  • Handle calendar management, including scheduling calls and avoiding conflicts
  • Provide general administrative support and follow-ups
  • Perform list building for prospecting and lead generation
  • Conduct research tasks related to networks, leads, and operations
  • Utilize AI tools to assist with data gathering and list building
  • Proactively manage tasks to ensure organizational efficiency

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Calendly, and Claude AI
  • Proven background in administrative or Executive Assistant roles
  • Ability to work consistently from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM PST
  • Proactive and autonomous work style
  • Experience with Attio is a plus
