Job description
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume email inboxes to organize and clear communications
- Handle calendar management, including scheduling calls and avoiding conflicts
- Provide general administrative support and follow-ups
- Perform list building for prospecting and lead generation
- Conduct research tasks related to networks, leads, and operations
- Utilize AI tools to assist with data gathering and list building
- Proactively manage tasks to ensure organizational efficiency
Requirements
- Strong experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Calendly, and Claude AI
- Proven background in administrative or Executive Assistant roles
- Ability to work consistently from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM PST
- Proactive and autonomous work style
- Experience with Attio is a plus
